Free 30-day returns. No questions asked.

Love your CatsOverPlans piece, or get your money back. We accept returns for any reason, including a change of mind, sizing, or style preference, within 30 days of delivery.

Every piece is made to order, and every piece is covered by our 30-day return policy.

Return shipping is free

CatsOverPlans pays for return shipping. There are no return shipping charges and no restocking fees.

How to request a return

Email support@catsoverplans.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. You do not need to explain your reason.

We typically respond within 24-48 hours and will send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can direct your return to the correct address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax, to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund. We will email you when your refund has been issued.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@catsoverplans.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, at no additional cost.

A photo helps us fix things faster, but no explanation or photo is required for a standard return under our 30-day policy.

Cancellations before production

Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing your order and before production begins. This window does not affect your right to request a free return within 30 days of delivery.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
